Settling by Rachel Adine

And her eyes are not brown
but bronze
like Appalachian brush
after winter is over
but spring is not yet come.

 

 


Rachel Adine is currently enrolled in the Pan-European MFA program at Cedar Crest College. Her passion for poetry was discovered during the final year of her undergraduate program at Emerson College, where she received a degree in Writing, Literature & Publishing.
